Felice and Nadia, the owners of the Hotel, have come from the grand experience matured in a big hotel chain. They have decided to put the experience to good use, personally and directly by living in the Hotel and making a comfortable environment for their guests during their relaxed holiday moments. Great care is given also to follow traditionl culinary values, traditional of Tuscany's land.

Hotel Roberta, immersed in the green and quiet countryside is open all year round , have the possibility of receiving around 40 guests. There are 18 rooms furnished in a comfortable familiar way.

THE RESTAURANT
Is open all the year, in the Hotel Roberta, the restaurant in which guests can taste tipical international and Tuscan dishes and enjoy products that are for this land the most famous mark in the world.

In the restaurant you can find dishes of rural tradition like truffle, Chianina’s meat, game, tipical pasta named “pici” with duck sauce, famous Tuscans slices of toast, lake’s fish, vegetables and salades dressed with oil from olive-press, pasta and cakes handmades, all joined with famous wines DOC from Restaurant’s well-stocked wine-cellar, selected by Nadia for her own guests.

Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner directly in their room but also to visit kitchen to try delicious snacks made by Felice, always ready to cheer guests with particular “mixture” of imagination and tradition.

Appointment with the kitchen is, in fact, during the day in the Hotel Roberta, a real event.

Authenticity of food and simplicity of tradition, infact, are the base of our dishes wisely prepared by experts hands, they’ll reproduce for you traditional Tuscan main courses as “pici with duck sauce” or Tuscan slices of toast.
