The Hotel Hasen is part of Herrenberg history. It was mentioned in a document for the first time as far back as 1620 and was at that time well known far beyond the town's boundaries. In 1984, the house was thoroughly renovated and had a new hotel building added on to it. It now boasts 68 rooms with 117 beds and the restaurant can seat 85 guests.
